is Gadsden, Alabama's newest hotspot and a proud member of The Riverfront Development Program.

We offer grilled panini sandwiches and quesadillas, along with gourmet salads and a variety of delicious soups. Deli-style sandwiches and wraps are made with the freshest ingredients we can find, and prepared only after you order.

 

Our full-service coffee bar features hot, cold, and frozen espresso-based drinks made from specialty coffee beans from Crimson Cup Coffee. Natural fruit smoothies, bagels, and yogurt parfaits are just a quick stop away on your commute to work.

 

And if you’re feeling indulgent, check out our bakery case filled with cheesecakes, lemon squares, assorted pies, and freshly baked cookies.

Our family has been serving the Gadsden community from this spot on Rainbow Drive since 1988. For 20 years, it was a Taco Bell franchise, but in 2009, we decided to pursue a long-held dream of creating our own restaurant- something unique to our hometown, unlike anything else you’ll find in in the area. FL!P SiDE café is the result.

 

Our menu is a mix of favorite family recipes, healthy trends, and good dose of imagination. It truly is a family affair: On any given day, you’ll find Kevin in the kitchen, his mom Electa prepping a catering order, and grandma Rachel out in the dining room, serving as our “customer relations expert.” Come join the FL!P SiDE family!

Fl!P SiDE café offers an alternative to the usual fast food fare.  All of our sandwiches are under five bucks, and our full menu is available at the drive-thru window, so even if you’re only on a quick break, you can have a delicious meal made from fresh ingredients. If you’ve got time to sit a spell, we’ve got free WiFi, plus Headline News on the flat screens to stay current with today’s events.
